My Review...

You know how there are some authors who are one hit or one series authors and they just can't quite hit the mark with the next book or series well let me tell you Colleen Hoover is so NOT one of those authors. She first blew me out of the water with her slammed series then she blew me apart with the hopeless series and she has done it again with this beautiful amazing book.

Sydney thinks she has everything. A great boyfriend, amazing best friend and roommate with a tiny nonsensical crush on her musician neighbor.  She quickly realizes that all is not what it seems and has to start over.

Ridge is song writer/musician who is in a writers block from hell but thankfully he has a great girlfriend, his future, a great best friend and great brother but what he needs is a new muse.

Ridge finds out that Sydney can help him out of his rut what he didn't realize was the potential she has on his heart.

Sydney helps Ridge with his music while Ridge gives her a place to stay.  Everything is copacetic until its not and everything is questioned and all hearts are on the line.

"I ...will never... regret you."

I know in my heart that she's the right choice. The only choice.

The realities are heartbreaking, the emotions are big and I went on a huge emotional roller coaster in the book, the loves are powerful, the music sessions are extremely poetic and intimate and the end is amazingly beautiful.

Colleen has written a beautiful book.  It captures the intimacy of the potentiality of Sydney and Ridge while also encapturing the beauty between them.  Being able to portray loving two people at the same time is hard.  Colleen was able to do this feat while you feel the hope and hopelessness of either outcome.

I loved this book. It had so many beautiful breathtaking elements with amazing bouts of humor, banter and interaction.  I know I am gushing but I loved everything about this book and recommend it to all especially if you love the NA genre.
