Entice (Eagle Elite #3) by Rachel Van Dyken
Synopsis:
“As burns this saint, so burns my soul. I enter alive, and I will have to get out dead.”
Chase Winter let the love of his life slip through his fingers and into the hands of his best friend and mafia boss of the Abandanato family. Now that he's been given a second chance to right a wrong--he refuses to let his own selfishness stand in the way. The only problem? He's not fully in possession of his heart, so when Mil De Lange, the girl who's innocence he stole, and heir to the worst of the worst mafia families in the US, asks him for a favor. He actually says yes, not realizing that that one yes has the power to destroy them all.
Mil's been in love with Chase as long as she can remember, but as the years went by, the love turned to hate, and now that he's agreed to help her, she's wondering if she made a fatal error. Because Chase isn't a teenager anymore. He's a hot blooded male, bent on owning every part of her body and soul, and willing to kill anyone in his path who dares stand in the way.
It's time for secrets to finally be revealed...but make no mistake, it's going to take a lot of bloodshed for those truths to be discovered.
You've never read a New Adult Mafia story like this before...loyalties will be tested, lovers reunited, and friendships obliterated. Welcome to the Family. Blood in--No out.

My Review ...
The Mob boys are back and the web is getting more and more tangled. Chase is still dealing with his heart being shattered by his love and best friend but with this family loyalty is above all else. So when Mil asks him a favor the only answer is yes. He just didn't realize what he was getting in with this favor.
After the return of Nixon everyone is adjusting. Nixon is coming into the boss he was always meant to be. He's also trying to deal with the after math of his decision when he put Trace's heart in the hands of Chase, but there is an end game no matter what and he is determined to succeed.
I wasn't sure how the love triangle was going to end or how it was going to be believable when Chase was so in love with Trace but Rachel Van Dyken is brilliant and she pulled it off so beautifully. Once Mil enters the picture a whole shit storm brews and everyone lives are at stake but through this storm their love blossoms and survives the storm.
While Chase and Mil are dealing with their choices Nixon is trying to protect what is his.
The plot is thickening and I can't wait to find out more with Tex and Mo. I freakin' adore Rachel Van Dyken. I never thought I would love a series about the young Mob but Rachel has me enthralled with this series and its tangled web.
4 Enticing Thumbs up!
