My Unblocked: Episode 5 Review . . .
How to tame the unattainable? For the last four episodes we have watched the transformation of Derek. Derek first started as a one and done type of guy, because his sole focus was revenge. Then he met Frankie and his whole world changed.
In episode four we end with Derek's past coming barreling to the present and Frankie bombarded with so much information about Derek that she doesn't know what to do with it all.
Finally, in episode 5 we get to find out all our answers and hopefully have Frankie and Derek have their very well deserved HEA.
"No. Not at all. My questions are starting to have questions.""I want to fix that.""Are you sure you can?"
Frankie and Derek have learned so much over the last four episodes, and thankfully communicating and letting each other in is one of them. As everything's coming to the surface, Frankie and Derek are trying to figure out how it can all work.
Now that they are all on the same page it helps but it's not an easy road for them, especially with a weasel like Randy fighting dirty. Just as the truth comes out, more tragedy comes causing poor Frankie's world to blow up. Times like these though is where you find out how committed your partner is.
"I'll do anything for you."
One thing these two have had from the start is explosive chemistry and it was not denied or dimmed in this episode.
"I want to feel you come . . . and after you do. I want you to just keep fucking me."
I love these two together. Together they're magical and compliment each other so well. They both softened each other out making for a more balance union.
"You are the most incredible woman I have ever met . . . and you're all mine. "
Through diversity these two found what they need, and I love them together.
"I fucking love you."
They started out as a sizzle or a spark but ended up in an explosion of wants, desires and feelings.
The truth hadn't changed the way I felt about him. (Nor me. I have loved Derek from the start)
I LOVE THIS SERIES!! It' sexy. It's fun. It's intriguing. It's sweet. I'm so jealous it's coming out as a complete collection as the only down fall for me was the wait between each episode. Now that I have read it all, I'm so happy with the whole story and how it concluded.
Did I love this episode? Yes, I love the whole series. Would I recommend this series? Definitely, especially if you like dark alpha males and lots of steam. This is the only thing of Marni Mann's that I have read so far, but after this series I will definitely be diving in to her other books and anything she writes in the future.
4.5 Derek and Frankie Loving Thumbs up!
