Excerpt from Try by Ella Frank
Before Tate could
respond to the question hanging between them, Logan palmed his chest and pushed
him back into the corner of the couch. When his back met with the soft leather,
a strong thigh slid between his legs, and Tate groaned from the relief of
finally having something hard to press against.
“Yeah, that’s it,” Logan encouraged,
placing a hand on the back of the couch and the other on the armrest behind
Tate’s head. Using them as an anchor, Logan rolled his hips downward and proved
just how forceful he could be.
Tate’s head was resting
against the couch as Logan looked down between them while
he thrust his hips, over and over, creating a heated friction that had Tate’s
mind spinning out of his head. The sexual hunger in Logan’s eyes as he watched
their clothed bodies connecting made Tate wonder just how combustible things
would be when their clothes finally came off.
Feeling the need
to touch, now more than ever, Tate grabbed a hold of Logan’s hips and pulled
the man down against him with much more force than he’d intended. The delicious
pressure of having Logan’s shaft grind against his own was too much to forgo,
so Tate arched up, anxiously meeting the steady rub Logan was giving with every
single punch of his hips.
“Fuck,” Logan
muttered.

My Review...
Well I knew this book was going to be great because it had two elements that I love.
1) Straight to gay male male loving and ...
2) Ella Frank
I knew her first jump into this genre was going to be a great one and she did NOT disappoint.
Logan lives his life trying anything and fucking through everyone until he meets Tate.
Tate is a straight man just going through an ugly divorce but then he meets Logan and his whole world tilts on its axis.
So confused with his new emotions he doesn't know what to think or do but what he does know is that he also doesn't want to let Logan go.
Once making his decision he let's his whole life go and takes the jump into experiencing instead of listening to what society thinks is appropriate.
What Tate does is finally Tries....
Logan has never been in this experience before with a real relationship but he wants to make it work so he keeps his penis in his trouser and only keeps it for Tate and his all consuming ways. This is so new to Logan that it causes him to panic but the loss of Tate may be too much for him.
Ella Frank captured the intensity of Tate's new found experience and the emotions of finding love when he least expects it. She also captured Logan' s emotional journey along the way.
But what she also did was make me blush with all her steam between the pages with Tate and Logan.
Loved this series and Can't wait to find out if Logan has what it takes to make their relationship work.
